It is with great enthusiasm that I invite you to the very first European Directus meet-up! You may have heard that Fivespark recently became the first Dutch Directus partner. We have been working with this Open Source platform for our internal databases for a year and a half and are very enthusiastic about it.
My dev team and I would like to share that enthusiasm with you. As far as we are concerned, a great opportunity to see if we can build a community in NL with like-minded people. Below you will find some more info and details. If you are not familiar with Directus yet, you will find some background information (in Dutch) here.

The speakers
Directus CTO & Co-Founder Rijk van Zanten is temporarily in the Netherlands and would like to take you into the world of Directus. He provides new product insights, discusses the product roadmap and shows a number of client cases.
Fivespark CTO Kees van Bemmel tells you how we use Directus at Fivespark as a headless CMS, PIM system and procurement workflow in one. Among other things, we provide insight into our product portfolio, automatically order hardware from suppliers (drop shipment after orders in the webshop) and we ensure that our AFAS back office and sales apparatus all have the same content.
Meet like-minded people
Of course, this meetup is also a great opportunity to get in touch with other tech enthusiasts. There will be plenty of room to make new contacts.
We aim for a mixed group consisting of CTOs, IT managers and developers, people from multinationals, startups, freelancers, etc. Everyone is welcome.

We see this meetup as the kick-off of a Dutch Directus community, consisting of users, interested parties and enthusiasts. It doesn't matter whether you already work with Directus or are just curious, be very welcome!
